That question sits at the core of my practice.
We are living through an existential crisis in our collective well-being. At its root, my work is about healing—not only from disease, but from disconnection. From fear. From imbalance. From the quiet forgetting of who we are and why we’re here.
I work closely with individuals facing life-threatening illness—people standing at the edge, where the stakes are real and the answers can no longer be superficial. In that space, healing becomes something deeper than symptom management. It becomes an invitation to look inward.
Together, we explore the core beliefs that shape the body’s experience—patterns of thought and emotion that can either support healing or quietly stand in its way. This includes the often-overlooked relationship we have with food: the habits, resistance, and deeply rooted narratives that influence how we nourish ourselves. Dietary change is rarely just about information—it’s about uncovering what blocks us from truly receiving what our bodies need.
Healing, I’ve come to understand, is not easy work. It asks for honesty, courage, and at times, profound transformation. There are no shortcuts.
But if you feel ready to go deeper—if you are willing to explore the truth of who you are—then perhaps, just perhaps, you will begin to see your own story with new eyes—and discover a path toward healing that is entirely your own.

“I AM STILL CANCER FREE, AND FEELING GREAT, 4 years later because of you. THANKS THANKS THANKS”
– Patrick H.
Ellyn, Paul is doing so well after 6 months that he will only be having the colon cancer marker blood test every 3 months. Thank God we met you and learned about the proper nutrition for cancer. I would like to thank you for your help. I miss you and your neat family…
– Suzanne R.
Hey there. Went to your seminar and it was sort of a re-affirmation of what I had just come to realize with the counselor. Great stuff and I enjoyed it. Will continue but my schedule is up in the air right now.
Been staying on the diet as much as possible. Thanks soooo much for all the advice. But it is the insights about my emotional blocks that is making a real difference. My wife and I have made some progress. Partly due to your seminar and partly my place in life and circumstances around us, but at least my wife and I are talking and spending time together. She has said she would like to go to counseling ….I thought that was great. We spent Thanksgiving together and it was a turning point. She would like to see about meeting to discuss nutrition with you…It has been nice to share this information but a little knowledge is all I have. Thanks again for all!

Hello Ellyn, I just thought I’d fill you in on my status and tell you that I refer everyone I meet who has been diagnosed with cancer to You and Your Business!
I was told about your meetings from the salespeople at Sunrise Nutrition and went Wednesday night. I found it VERY moving and inspirational!
I feel anyone that is diagnosed with cancer needs to seek out EVERY avenue, and do your homework on your own cancer, then do what you feel is right in your heart. Keep up the loving work that you do and thank you again for helping me save my life.
Much Love and Admiration to You,
– C. Campbell!
